Guardianship

For persons who may have been disabled from birth, or when a person has suffered a degenerative disease like dementia, obtaining a court order of incapacity may be needed to protect that person from themselves or other predatory individuals.  That process is called guardianship.  Timothy Kalamaros is experienced in petitioning for guardianship of persons who need this protection and for advising guardians on their fiduciary duties of management of and accounting for guardianship property.
